The Double Check
One service we offer is the simple double check. This happens after a candidate has been found (either by yourselves or an agent).
This is our bread and butter. We understand that taking senior members of the development team away from their day job for hours on end to attend interviews isn't ideal for the project. Besides those people not being qualified to assess, there is a cost of the time away from the job, not to mention their context switching is likely to cost the project way more than the cost of a Double Check assessment. You will still retain control, appropriate candidates will still be sent through on the basis of our report, it's just that we'll do a better triage and you'll get a true candidate report from us, unlike a modified CV that you get from the agency. This is useful as a belt and braces approach. Our clients report that the information we provide usually points out potential issues that have been missed. This can lead to a more focused reassessment by your. The reduction in risk to you here is huge as a result of our involvement. This belt and braces check can be the best money it's possible for a company to spend.
Full Service Recruitment
We can do the job of the agency on an exclusive arrangement with payment on results
This is useful for you if you'd like us to operate as an agency. We can find the candidate and ensure they are highly assessed. For this we'd operate like an unusually skilled, ultra selective but in other ways traditional recruitment agency. Unlike other agencies, we select and filter on the basis of a full Double Check assessment of the candidates skills which we will present to you along side their CV. We reject many more candidates than the average agency. This takes much more work on our part than an agency would put in, but doing high quality assessments is where our skills lie and we'd rather do it this way than using the scatter gun approach. We will work with you to understand what you'd like to achieve and send you high quality candidates that match what you're looking for. It is only the fact that we are professional assessors, all active in the IT / software development industry that we can do this. Each candidate will come with a confidential assessment of their real skills for you to see in parallel to their CV.
Full Consultancy / PMO Service
This is useful for building a properly resourced project team that will get good results. The correct positions will be filled according to the needs of the project and how our client would like to work. No wasted or redundant roles or layers of management. For example, is a scrum master required? A product owner? What about a development manager?, test manager? or a project manager? We'll be able to guide on which roles need to be recruited for and which aren't necessary, dependent on what you require. Not only that, we'll get the best people to fill them.
